The terms & conditions may change from time to time without any prior notice.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this page. However, as the actual colour you see will depend on the monitor, we are unable to guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
PURCHASING FROM BAG CRAZY
To place an order on this page, please note the followings:-
1. Email us at shaz.bagcrazy@gmail.com with the subject "Order";
2. Provide the followings details in your email:-
- Full name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Delivery address
- Product code & Quantity
- Payment method
- Delivery method
Please state whether payment is made vide Maybank2u, CIMB clicks, Cash Deposit Machine-Maybank, Cimb Bank or Inter Bank Transfer. (Payment Method)
Delivery method available now is through Pos Laju, Pos Ekspress. Kinldy state precisely the postal method you prefer.
3. 24 hours after receipt of your order, an email will be sent acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order will be processed within one(1) working day. An email will be sent to you enclosing the invoice detailing the total price inclusive of postage fee.
Please note that payment should be made 48 hours after an invoice is emailed failing which your order will be cancelled without further notice. Kindly email us the proof of payment.
4. Your item will be dispatched out 48 hours from receipt of your payment.
Once the Order is made no cancellation and/or changes will be allowed. Hence we advice that you check the item code and the quantity ordered before clicking the "send" button.
REFUSAL OF ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse an order on the following reasons:-
- The product ordered is out of stock; and
- The Identification code submitted could not be processed;
In the event the second happens, an email will be sent to you requesting you to place a new order with the corrected identification code for the intended product. Upon receipt we will then re-process your order. Do not worry this will not cause any further delay as we will note the inaccurate identification code at the early stage of processing. The sooner the new order is placed the sooner your item gets dispatched out.
POSTAL POLICIES
All orders will be processed and posted to the address supplied by you. We do not take responsibility for incorrect address details written by the customer. As we are an online based store only, it is inevitable that on occasion, parcels will be mishandled by the Postal company. This is beyond our control. Hence we do not take liability for any parcels mishandled by the Postal company.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Faulty items will be eligible for an exchange or credit. Should you want an exchange of the faulty product kindly send us the product through normal postal. We will reimburse the postal cost upon delivery of the exchanged product.
Should you however prefer a refund, kindly send us the product through normal postal. A refund will be processed within ten(10) days after receipt of the faulty product. Note under this circumstance, we will not refund you the postal cost for the return of the faulty product.
Should we note that the faulty product have actually been worn and that had made the fault even worse, the product will be re-delivered and you will have to bear the postal cost for the said delivery.
